Shipping policy

Every order is printed to order by our production partner in the EU, then posted straight to you.

Shipping costs and delivery times

- Ireland: €5.95. Usually arrives in 5–9 working days.
- Rest of the EU: €8.95. Usually arrives in 7–15 working days.

That's one flat price per order, however many items you buy. Delivery times include a few working days to print your order. They're estimates, not guarantees, and can run longer in busy periods like the run-up to Christmas.

Where we ship

We ship to Ireland and to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. We don't ship to the UK or outside the EU yet.

Orders are printed and shipped within the EU, so there are no customs or import charges to pay on delivery.

Tracking

We'll email you when your order ships, with a tracking link where the carrier provides one. Tracking can take a day or two to start updating.

Ordering for Christmas?

Order as early as you can. We'll post last order dates for Christmas delivery on the site closer to the time.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, email cathalwebsites@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Address mistakes

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll fix it if your order hasn't gone to print yet. If a parcel comes back because the address entered was wrong, we can resend it, but the new shipping cost will be yours.
